Project Details

CMA has provided all the detailed design and engineering for all disciplines (mechanical, civil, structural, electrical & architectural) as well as structural and equipment detail fabrication drawings pertaining to the following mill upgrades at West Fraser’s Chambord OSB mill:

Conversion of two (2) 8’ wide ponds to one 16’ nominal log pond as well as a new pond outfeed system.
Log handling conveyor systems.
Fuji King debarker system.
Bark conveyor systems.
Strander system.
Strand conveyor systems.

CMA also provided the budget/schedule preparation, supported the on-site construction and start-up for the project.
